How We Test Crypto Casinos and Baccarat Tables

The checks behind every casino we list: licence and operator, baccarat rules and limits, how bonuses treat baccarat, crypto cashier terms, safer play tools.

A casino earns a place on Best Bitcoin Baccarat only after we have checked it against its own documents and, where one exists, the regulator’s register. This page lists those checks in the order we run them. We do not publish invented play sessions or deposit stories; what we report is what the casino, its licence and its game providers state in writing.

Step 1: the company and the licence

We start with the terms and conditions, which name the operating company, its registration and the licence it relies on. That licence is then looked up where the regulator allows it.

  • Curaçao: the Curaçao Gaming Authority register at cga.cw.
  • Anjouan and Tobique: only through the validation seal on the casino’s own site, because a lookup by bare domain does not return a valid result.
  • Malta and other registers: the regulator’s public licensee list.

A licence we cannot match to the company named in the terms is reported as unverified. Should a brand have closed, it is described as closed and never listed.

Step 2: the baccarat lobby

Next comes the game itself. For each casino we record:

  • which studios supply the tables (live and RNG) and which variants appear, such as punto banco, speed, squeeze, no-commission or Dragon Tiger;
  • the commission on Banker wins, or the rule that replaces it on no-commission tables;
  • the Tie payout (8 to 1 or 9 to 1) and which side bets are offered;
  • table minimums and maximums, and whether they are shown in crypto or fiat.

Rules and payouts are taken from the provider’s in-game help file, since that is the document that governs the table. The edge each rule produces is explained on baccarat odds and strategy.

Step 3: bonus terms as they apply to baccarat

Baccarat is often excluded from bonus wagering or counted at a small percentage. We read the bonus terms for the contribution rate of table and live games, the maximum bet while a bonus is active, and any rule that voids winnings from low-risk betting on both Banker and Player. Our baccarat bonus page works through what those rules mean in practice.

Step 4: the crypto cashier

Here we note the coins and networks accepted, minimum deposits and withdrawals per coin, any withdrawal fee charged on top of the network fee, stated processing times, and the limits per day or month. Where the terms say identity checks can be requested, we say so. Guidance on wallets and networks sits in our Bitcoin guide.

Step 5: safer play and eligibility

Deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion in the account settings are recorded, along with the list of restricted countries. Any brand that does not accept a large share of our international readers is flagged on its review.

Keeping it current

Bonuses, limits and licences change. Time-sensitive facts carry a date in the text, and pages are re-checked when a casino changes its terms or a reader reports a problem through [email protected]. Results feed into the casino reviews. How sources and corrections are handled is set out on editorial standards.
